Safeway Flu Clinic

We are fortunate to have Safeway returning this year to administers the following vaccines to our residents. Fluzone HD (65+), Flublok (egg free), Pneumococcal (both 20 & 23 strains), Pfizer  Covid-19. If you are interested in anyone of these vaccines, please sign up on the Pen & Quill board. Please pick up and fill out the Consent for Immunization form that is available in the Activities Office. Residents will need to bring their insurance information and Medicare Card for vaccination.
